Certification

All Crane Rails are delivered with a 3.1 certificate acc to EN 10204:2004.

At the time of order, 3.2 certificate can be requested with inspection at mill by third party or the customer’s representative.

Customer required special tests such as Sulphur print, hardness, metallographic analyses etc. have to be requested at the time of the order.

Additional Services

Özkan Steel offers all additional services for Crane Rails such as;

• Shot Blasting & Priming

• Standard / Special Straightening

Standard straightened for Crane Rails is done according to 1.5mm/m

Upon customer request special straightening can be performed achieving up to 0,5mm/m straightness.

• Special Lengths & Inclined Cutting

Crane Rails can be produced in special lengths up to 18m according to customer request.

We are also able to cut Crane Rails with inclined cutting according to your project technical drawings such as 45-degree angle cutting, bias cutting and bevel cutting.

• Manuel US Testing

We are able to supply Crane Rails with US Testing upon request.

Stock & Frequent Rolling Schedule

Özkan Steel keeps stocks of all sizes of Crane Rails in order to meet our customer’s urgent needs. In addition to stock material that we keep for the fast deliveries, compared to our competitors we also have the most frequent rolling of Crane Rails to ensure high flexibility and short lead times for our partners.
